CAPACITY BUILDING : STRESS MANAGEMENT

We attended a Capacity Building session on Stress Management, led by Ms. P. Krishnapriya, Consultant Psychologist. The session was highly interactive and engaging, offering practical strategies for managing stress in everyday life.

In addition to insightful discussions, we participated in fun and meaningful activities that encouraged relaxation and self-reflection. The experience was both refreshing and empowering, equipping us with simple yet effective techniques to maintain emotional well-being and cultivate a positive mindset—as students and as future educators.
