  🌟 "Synergy 2K25":  Together we live, together we transform 🌟 ​The campus of Iqbal Training College, Peringammala, buzzed with energy and purpose from August 18th to August 23rd, 2025, as it hosted the highly successful Community Living Camp, aptly themed “Synergy 2K25.” An essential and enriching component of the B.Ed. curriculum, this six-day residential program was specifically designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical life skills, immersing the future teachers in the realities of community living and cooperative responsibility.  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 05 (11/08/2025 - 14/08/2025) The fifth week of teaching practice was marked by school election activities. Students actively participated in the democratic process by contesting and voting for various school-level leadership positions. Observing and assisting in these activities helped me understand the importance of promoting democratic values, leadership skills, and civic responsibility among students. In addition, I was involved in Onam examination preparation duties, assisting teachers in organizing examination materials and making necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations. These responsibilities provided further exposure to examination-related planning and administrative work. Week 5 was productive and contributed to my understanding of both co-curricular engagement and academic support roles within the school.

 TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 04 (04/08/2025 - 08/08/2025) The fourth week of teaching practice was mainly devoted to Onam examination preparation duties. I assisted in various preparatory activities such as arranging question papers, organizing examination materials, and supporting teachers in ensuring the smooth conduct of the examinations. This experience helped me understand the planning and coordination required for effective examination management. During this week, I was also entrusted with SSLC certificate distribution duty. I helped in organizing and distributing certificates to students in a systematic manner, ensuring proper verification and record maintenance. This responsibility provided valuable exposure to administrative procedures within the school.

TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 03 (28/07/2025 - 01/08/2025) During the third week of teaching practice, sports practice was initiated in the school as part of preparations for upcoming sports events. Students actively participated in various physical activities, which helped promote teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness. This week also provided an opportunity to assist with examination duty, allowing me to gain firsthand experience in exam hall management, invigilation procedures, and maintaining discipline during examinations. On Friday, students took part in sports activities at Mithranikethan Ground. The event encouraged enthusiasm and sportsmanship among students and offered exposure to organizing and managing large group activities outside the school campus.Week 3 was engaging and informative, helping me understand the importance of co-curricular activities alongside academic responsibilities.
