 The eighth week, being the final week of Teaching Practice Phase II, was a meaningful and memorable stage of my teaching journey. It provided an opportunity to reflect on all the experiences, learning, and growth achieved throughout the practice period. I conducted classes with confidence and clarity, applying the skills and strategies developed over the previous weeks. Interactions with students were warm and respectful, and the classroom environment remained positive and supportive. This final week also allowed me to evaluate my strengths and areas for improvement as a future educator.Week 8 marked a successful conclusion to my teaching practice, leaving me with a sense of accomplishment, gratitude, and readiness to take on future teaching responsibilities.

 The seventh week of Teaching Practice Phase II marked further improvement in my confidence and teaching skills. I managed lessons more effectively and maintained a supportive classroom environment that encouraged students to participate freely. Active involvement in discussions and learning activities made the classes more interactive and meaningful. This week also allowed me to reflect on and improve my teaching strategies and classroom management. I focused on providing clear instructions, promoting teamwork, and offering extra support to students who required guidance.Week 7 reinforced my understanding that effective teaching depends on patience, thorough preparation, and continuous encouragement.

 The sixth week of Teaching Practice Phase II was a time of steady progress and increased confidence in my teaching. I handled classroom activities more effectively and conducted lessons smoothly, creating a positive environment that encouraged active student participation. The students showed greater interest through discussions and group activities, making the learning process more engaging. This week also enabled me to reflect more deeply on my teaching strategies and classroom management skills. I focused on providing clear explanations, promoting teamwork, and offering additional guidance to students who required extra support. During this week, the JRC examination was also conducted successfully.

 The fifth week of the second phase of teaching practice marked an important step in my development as a student teacher. By this time, I felt more comfortable and confident in managing the classroom and delivering lessons effectively. Student participation improved noticeably, and classroom interactions became smoother and more engaging, which helped create a positive and encouraging learning environment. This week also allowed me to reflect on my teaching methods and recognize my progress. I consciously worked on enhancing my communication skills, maintaining discipline in a friendly way, and making learning both enjoyable and meaningful.

 During the 4th week of the second phase of teaching practice, the classes progressed very quickly as students were preparing for their annual examinations. An important programme conducted this week was the Chief Minister’s Quiz, a live quiz organized by the Education Department, in which all students actively participated. The answers were shared with class teachers instantly through WhatsApp. In addition, the JRC A-Level examination was conducted during this week. A special assembly focusing on dental hygiene was also organized, where brushes and toothpaste were distributed to all students with sponsorship from Colgate.
