SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME👩‍🏫

Our school induction programme was conducted from August 5 to August 9 at Govt. girls high school, Ambalamukku. This marked my first school experience as part of the B.Ed. curriculum, and stepping into the role of a teacher was both thrilling and challenging. Initially, managing the classroom and keeping students engaged proved difficult. However, over time, I found my pace—adapting to the environment, staying approachable, and striving to make lessons enjoyable for the students.

Despite the hectic schedule, each day brought a deep sense of fulfillment. I began to understand what it truly means to be in a classroom—not just delivering lessons, but recognizing each student’s background, grasp of the subject, and individual learning needs. This experience offered valuable insights into classroom dynamics, student behavior, and the practical realities of teaching.

Overall, those five days served as a meaningful and inspiring start to my teaching journey—filled with learning, personal growth, and heartfelt connections.

I actively participated in the campaign by distributing saplings to each student, explaining how to plant them properly, and encouraging them to take responsibility for nurturing the plants at home or in the school garden. I also helped the students understand the benefits of trees, such as providing oxygen, shade, and supporting wildlife. This activity helped me develop my communication and leadership skills, as I ha...
